Salad nicoisse with grilled tuna and a killer homemade dressing, or chicken roti for lunch, pina colada pancakes or rum infused french toast for breakfast, grilled Mahi Mahi in an amazing tropical marinade, beef tenderloin for dinner as just a sampling of the menu.
